    I use microbiome-nurturing principles to guide nutrition plans that are both sustainable and natural. Rather than focusing on restriction, we will add supportive habits and foods that strengthen your gut health, which in turn supports hormone balance, energy, metabolism, and overall wellbeing.

  1. FREE Discovery Call (15 min chat)

    The Free Discovery Call is a short, no-pressure conversation where you share your goals and current challenges, and I assess whether my approach is the right fit for you.

  2. Initial Assessment (75 min session + questionnaire analysis and interpretation)
    A deep-dive into your health story, eating patterns, lifestyle, and goals for this phase of life.
    You'll receive a summary of findings and a clear first-steps plan focused on gut-health strategies to start implementing right away.

  1. Ongoing Coaching (50 min sessions)
    We'll meet weekly or bi-weekly (or as often as you would like!) to track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and expand your plan as your body adapts to hormonal shifts.
    Between sessions, you'll have access to tailored resources, from food lists to meal ideas, and easy to use tracking tools, all built on gut-wise, microbiome-nurturing principles.
