The process begins with an intake consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals, current habits, and the changes you’d like to see. From there, you can continue with ongoing coaching sessions at a pace that fits your needs, or choose the monthly program, which includes weekly meetings and unlimited email support for deeper, continuous guidance.

  1. FREE Discovery Call (15 min)
    We’ll talk about what’s been challenging, what you’ve tried, and what you hope to change. This is a relaxed conversation to see if gut-wise coaching is the right fit for you. You can book it here

  2. Initial Assessment (1.5 hour session)
    A deep-dive into your health story, eating patterns, lifestyle, and goals.
    You’ll receive a summary of findings and a clear first-steps plan to start implementing right away.

  3. Ongoing Coaching (1 hour sessions)
    We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly (or as often as you would like!) to track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and expand your plan as your body adapts.
    Between sessions, you’ll have access to tailored resources, from food lists to meal ideas, and easy to use tracking tools - all built on gut-wise principles.

    Your initial assessment and follow-up coaching sessions can be booked individually, or as part of a monthly program that includes weekly meetings and unlimited email support.
